He has ~15 years of experience in finance, and has deep experience in mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism, investor communications and general corporate advisory.

Henry began his career in investment banking at Goldman, Sachs & Co., and has spent time in investment banking, public equities investing and financial due diligence.

Henry has an M.B.A from the Yale School of Management, a B.S. from the University of Maryland and lives with his wife Katlyn and their three children in New York City.
